These are the types of properties that I buy for myself, companies I represent, or partnerships I am involved with:
Multi-Family
1 to 4 rental doors in any condition and in any location. Super simple, hassle free transaction.
SFR
Single family residential, any condition, any location...including mobile homes on owned property.
Mixed
Commercial up front and residential in the back. Garage with owners quarters upstairs or house in the back.
Commercial
Store fronts, mechanics garage, storage facilities...just about anything non-residential.
Multi-Family
Multi-Family includes houses with a house or apartment in the back which may have been added with or without permits.
SFR
Single Family Residential's often do not make very good rental properties so I will usually look to see if I can make them into multiple rental units or flip them for sale after repairs.
Mixed Use
Mixed use is probably one of my favorite types of properties to buy as they are always very unique with a broad range of uses. Mixed use usually involves some kind of residential use.
Commercial
Yes...I invest in commercial property as well...in just about any location and any condition. Industrial, commercial, mixed use...I love it all.
