Noah Figueroa has been engineering, building, and completing construction jobs since he became a contractor himself in 2000. He still holds a California General Engineering Contractors license and has completed jobs throughout the United States. He now focuses his attention to Bakersfield and surrounding areas with an emphasis in residential flips, ADU's, and increased rental income by adding cost effective rentable space. 

Noah Figueroa PM's projects that he has a financial interest in, mostly in flipping houses or building ADU's. His experience and relationships with engineers, architects, permitting processes, and sub-contractors allows for a smooth process.
